I am writing this review to warn all prospective clients that ThinkMarkets is an untrustworthy firm.

I submitted a withdrawal application on June 22, 2026. I followed their procedures in full compliance, and there were no irregularities in my trading activity whatsoever.

After my withdrawal request was filed, I received an email from the platform’s customer service informing me that a complete set of KYC identity verification documents was mandatory for withdrawal review. Upon receiving this notice, I submitted all requested materials in full at one time.

As of today, July 28, 2026, more than six weeks (37 days) have elapsed, yet I have still not received my withdrawn funds. The platform has indefinitely delayed the withdrawal process under the pretext of "under review", with zero tangible progress on processing my request.

I followed up on the status numerous times via live chat support and email throughout this period. Customer service only repeated a generic script stating "your application is under review, please wait patiently". They failed to provide a review deadline, point out any defects in my submitted documents, or issue a formal written compliance justification for withholding my funds. The platform has simply seized my own principal and refused to disburse it.

Most alarmingly, the capital I initially deposited has not been returned to me to this day.

I hope my experience will help other investors make informed decisions and exercise extreme caution before depositing funds with this company.
